  4. I was so excited when I purchased this CD on AMAZON. I loved this album as a kid and wondered if it would ever come on CD. This is the story that R2-D2 and C-3PO tells in their adventures in the stars over the holidays. The songs are whimsical and fun. Some of the classic Christmas songs have been adapted to the Star Wars Universe. And it works!/5(38).

The majority of the album's original songs, both music and lyrics, were written by Maury Yeston, a Yale University music professor who went on to become a Tony Award .
